If you're not happy or satisfied with an item in your order, you may send it back to us within 30 days from when you received the order; for an exchange or refund using the form provided in your order.
- returns must be in their original condition and in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.
- shipping fees will not be credited.

Exchanges for domestic & international orders, will need to re-purchase shipping to have the new items posted to you.

The customer is liable for the return shipping costs, unless an item been received in error*. Always retain proof of postage. Orders returned that received free shipping would receive a refund or credit minus the shipping fee.

Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your returned item/s.

We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. The return teams decision is final.
