If you're not happy or satisfied with an item in your order, you may send it back to us within 30 days from when you received the order; for an exchange or refund using the form provided in your order.
The customer is liable for the return shipping costs. If the items is deemed as faulty upon return, Avelina will gladly cover your return shipping fee.
- Exchanges for domestic & international orders, will need to re-purchase shipping to have the new items posted to you.
- Always retain proof of postage with the tracking.
- Orders returned that received free shipping would receive a refund or credit minus the shipping fee.
- Please allow up to 7-10 days for us to process your returned item/s.
We reserve the rights to refuse a refund or credit for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of the presence of original tags and whether the item was worn or not, refunds will not be issued for items that we determine cannot be resold. We may make such determination based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to; the appearance, smell, and/or general condition of the item when it's returned to us. The return teams decision is final.
NOTE: Items purchased are not to be used within photos for social media and then returned. If photos are found with @avelinademoray tagged, your refund will be denied.
