DOES THE AVELINA DE MORAY ONLINE STORE SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we will ship to any country in the world! Please read the information on the shipping fees page regarding shipping costs to your country.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE MAILED?

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment. Avelina booked in pickups with her Couriers twice a week, on Tuesday & Fridays. You're order will be pick up on the next available scheduled pickup of these two days.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS WORK?

Some items on our website are marked as PRE-ORDER. These items are not in stock and are instead ordered from the supplier as soon as we have received enough orders to place the bulk order with our supplier. We will dispatch your order in full as soon as the PRE-ORDER item/s arrive. Delivery times are listed on the product listings.

Please note: All items that are placed with your PRE-ORDER will be kept aside & sent as soon as the PRE-ORDER item/items arrive. If you would like the IN STOCK items to be sent to you immediately, please contact us to arrange additional shipping.

I RECEIVED MY ORDER & IT IS DAMAGED. WHAT DO I DO?

If you have received a faulty or broken item we are so so sorry! Please do not lodge a Returns, but instead email us directly at: contact@avelinademoray.com with detailed photos of the item so we can arrange a solution for you right away!
